Station Salaryevo

JSC Mosmetrostroy is a diversified construction company that carries out on a contract basis construction of underground facilities, underground, transportation, civil and other structures from scratch. Metrostroy was established in 1931 and laid the foundations of the domestic metro construction. The first line of the Moscow metro was built in record time and put into operation on May 15, 1935.

LOCATION

The station Salaryevo on the Sokolnicheskaya line became the 200th in the Moscow subway and the second (after the station Rumyantsevo), which was construct in the «New Moscow». It is located between the Kiev highway and the village of Salaryevo. Near the station will be located TPU, which includes parking for cars, a transfer to buses of urban and suburban routes.

Exits from the underground vestibule №1 are located on both sides of the Dmitrovskoye highway.

STATION DESIGN

Platform type - island.
The total length of the station complex is 240 meters, the length of the platform is 162 meters, the overall width of the platform is 12 meters.
The station is two-tier, technological and service premises are construct over its platform part.

ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION

The artistic image of the station is built on the ideas of constructivism. The wireframe nature of the station is not decorated, but is revealed. The visual «squares» created by columns and beams of a bearing reinforced concrete frame create a certain theme, which continues in the drawing of the power of the floor, the finish of the ceiling, the tunnel walls. 
The conciseness of the architectural solution is emphasized by the use of the same finishing materials, their colors and textures, both on the platform and in the ticket rooms.
The chief architect of the project is A.I. Tarasov, architect: N.D. Deyev.
