TPU is located between Leninsky Prospekt and Vavilova Street, within the intersection of the Leninsky Prospekt intersection with the Third Transport Ring and includes: entrance groups, turnstiles, cash and office premises.

Ploshachad Gagarina is the only underground transport interchange node of the Moscow Central Ring (MCC). The total area of ​​its technological facilities is 5152 sq.m, the estimated passenger traffic per day is 50 thousand people. 

TPU Ploshachad Gagarina is designed to organize a comfortable underground pedestrian communication between the stopping point of the MCC Ploshachad Gagarina, the stopping points for land passenger transport and the operating station Leninsky Prospect of the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya metro line.


TPU has three underground levels and aboveground entrance groups.
