JSC Mosmetrostroy is a diversified construction company that carries out on a contract basis construction of underground facilities, underground, transportation, civil and other structures from scratch. Metrostroy was established in 1931 and laid the foundations of the domestic metro construction. The first line of the Moscow metro was built in record time and put into operation on May 15, 1935.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OBJECT:

On April 24, 2017, a subsidiary of Mosmetrostroy, LLC MMC International signed a subcontract for the construction of the Chortanovtsy tunnel in the Republic of Serbia in the framework of the reconstruction, modernization and construction of the double-track railway Belgrade - Stara Pazova - Novi Sad – Subotica – State Border.

This is the largest infrastructure project in Serbia, as a result of which passenger trains on this section will be able to reach speeds of up to 200 km/h.

As part of the project, specialists of Mosmetrostroy will perform two single-track tunnel tunnels of the horseshoe-shaped outline with the inverted arch, perform a complex of excavation and piling works on the portals, and install engineering systems.

Tunnels are built by mining method.
